People at the center
Keep youth, farmers, and community priorities close to every idea we explore.
Rooted in purpose.
Growing through practice.
We believe farming can create meaningful livelihoods while helping people live in harmony with nature.
Awakening possibility.
Dassatek means “to awaken.” Our work brings together young people, smallholder farmers, and partners who want to explore a different future for agriculture in Cambodia.
Awakening Young Farmer launched through the 2023 YSEALI Seeds for the Future grant. The model connected youth development, agroecological learning, vegetable garden apprenticeships, and agripreneurship.
Today, that purpose guides our wider direction: connecting production, practical learning, appropriate technology, research, and public education.
A working farm.
A place to learn.
A future we build together.
Our long-term vision is to develop a commercial regenerative farm and training institute. Food production, farmer education, applied research, and enterprise development would support one another in a living learning environment.
This is our ambition. New products, courses, and visits will be announced when they are ready.
